HOW TO BOOK IN

You can book in online by clicking on the BOOK NOW button on our website which will take you to our booking system Timely.  On the booking system you can pick a nail gal, choose your nail service and add on nail art if you would like it. On the booking system you can manage all your appointments for The Nail Gal. If you would rather give us a call we can book you in over the phone, call us on 07878899707. Our receptionist only works on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday so we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

HOW TO FIND US

We are based in a warehouse at 99 Giles Street, EH6 6BZ. The entrance is at the green door & you will receive a door code for the glass door. Once you are in the building please make your way to the top floor & we are through the door on the right. You will receive a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment which will include your appointment date and time and directions to find us. Unfortunately we do not have a lift in the building. There is parking you can pay for on the surrounding streets near the salon. In the evenings and on Saturdays parking is free. 

 

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING

We take a £20 deposit from new clients to secure your appointment. Your nail technician will be in touch with you for this deposit. Please pay the deposit at least 48 hours before the appointment. Please read through the cancellation and no show policy below.

 

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment we will charge 50% of the service you are booked in for. If you cancel in the 4 hours before your appointment or do not show up then we will charge 100% of the service you are booked in for. 

 

Please let us know ASAP if you cannot make your appointment & we will try our best to rearrange your appointment.

REPAIR POLICY  

We hope that your nails stay perfect until your next appointment but if you have a chipped nail in the first 7 days we will repair it for free. You can not book in for a repair online so please contact your nail gal directly to arrange the repair. If it has been longer than one week then we charge a fee for repairs, the cost depends on the products and nail art you have on your nails.

 

We only repair our own work & can not repair nails that have been done at another salon.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS 

 

You can buy a gift voucher directly from one of The Nail Gals that work at TNG. This will have to be used with that nail technician.
